The hotel is located by the sea in Tallinn, 5 km from the city centre at the mouth of the Pirita River, at the Tallinn Olympic Sailing Centre. There is a yacht harbour in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and a sandy beach 1 km away. The possibilities of moving around the hotel actively complement the pleasure of spending a healthy holiday – a lighted beach promenade begins at the hotel and hiking trails can be found in the scenic pine forests of the Pirita River valley. In addition to Tallinn’s Old Town, nearby sightseeing locations include the historical Pirita Convent, Maarjamäe Castle, Kadriorg Palace, the Russalka monument, the Song Festival Ground, the TV-tower and the Botanical Gardens. There are 267 rooms featuring all modern conveniences and a balcony; Standard rooms are located at the landside wing of the hotel and have been built by taking modern allergy-free standards into consideration. The seaside wing accommodates Marine-class rooms, family rooms and suites with a sauna or a bath. There is a beautiful view from the hotel’s seaside wing of the Port of Tallinn and the Old Town.

There is a restaurant, lobby bar and café in the lobby of the hotel’s sports centre.
